Spot the Potted Plant is a grounding and optimistic coming-of-age story exploring a defining childhood moment, wanting a dog. GRAVEYARD OF LOVE SONGS
Producer/ Director/ Editor I June 2022
“Graveyard of Love Songs” is written and produced by Jake Timothy and is the opening track off his debut EP “Do You Really Love Me?” To Timothy, the song is about pessimism revolving love and relationships. A graveyard of love songs is symbolic of all of the past relationships that didn’t work out, resulting in feeling insecure about yourself and your ability to maintain relationships with other people.

THE 40TH ANNUAL EVVY AWARDS
Executive Producer I May 2022
The EVVY Awards is made up of over 300 students with diverse majors and backgrounds who collaborate to create the nation’s largest student-run, multi-camera, live award show in the nation, judged by industry professionals. The EVVYs is a platform to highlight outstanding student work and celebrate the artistic vision of all Emersonians.
The 40th Annual EVVY Awards took place during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, completely altering the show as we had known it in its tradition award show format. With limited spaces and room capacities, it was difficult to fathom how the production would go on. By not being physically or narratively confined to one space, we were able to play more into a variety show format, filming each segment in advance and in different locations across Boston.
Along the way, we had a number of promotional materials to rally excitement and support for the show. The much anticipated host reveal (left) was inspired by a birthday party theme as part of the shows big 40th anniversary. We also created a video geared toward sales and sponsorship (right). This video highlights members of the production team talking about their own EVVYs experience. We sent this video to local vendors, prior sponsors, and alumni in hopes of giving them a better understanding on the show, the people, and why we need their (sponsors and alumni) support.
